The 12th-floor view offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. I appreciated the 'no-smoking' policy in the room, promoting a healthy environment.The private walking bridge to the Gallerias shopping mall was a convenient feature, although a bit challenging for elderly guests. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided wheelchairs for seniors. I was pleasantly surprised when the hostess saved my forgotten iPhone in the breakfast room, displaying exceptional care and attention to detail.The staff at Four Points By Sheraton Galerias Monterrey truly stood out - friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The location, just a short walk from a buzzing shopping mall and a sports bar, added to the overall appeal. Our room on the fourth floor was impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.While the wait for the elevator and breakfast service was a minor inconvenience, the delicious breakfast spread made up for it. Fresh coffee, orange juice, fruits, and omelettes made for a delightful start to the day.
